The Women Want Wellness Journal is created for women of color to create wellness and document the journey on the path to empowerment.
I am a Survivor Empowerment coach, empowering women with personal development through mindset shadow work with overall wellness in mind.
As a survivor of childhood molestation and other traumas, I am committed to empowering women from diverse backgrounds, especially those who have experienced the lasting effects of childhood sexual molestation. Together, we will address the impact of this trauma on your life, relationships, and self-worth and nurture your growth towards a life filled with abundance and well-being.
That means forgiving yourself, loving yourself, and thanking yourself.
We work together so you can heal generational curses, remove the beliefs that do not serve you and liberate you from your old self to a journey of self-discovery. Whether you’re dealing with motherhood, health setbacks, or womanhood, we constantly give of ourselves and give even when our cup is empty.
