Welcome to Women Want Wellness, a place of healing, growth, and empowerment. I am Elisabeth, a first-generation Mexican-American, and I am passionate about helping women transform their lives through personal development, wellness, and a growth mindset.
My journey to creating Women Want Wellness was deeply influenced by my own experiences. For decades, I carried the weight of childhood trauma from being a survivor of child molestation by family members. I lived in silence, never addressing the pain or seeking help until my late 30s when I was struck by a debilitating illness in 2017. It was during this challenging time that I found the courage to confront my truth and begin the healing process.
Through my personal healing journey, I discovered the power of self-discovery and shadow work. The transformative process of shadow work inspired me to create Women Want Wellness. As a life coach, I am dedicated to empowering women to embark on their own journey of healing and growth.
Women Want Wellness focuses on holistic approaches to well-being, combining mindset growth, physical wellness, and personal development. I have a personalized experience with juicing and anti-inflammatory juices; my main focus is to guide women toward healing from their past, fostering growth, and embracing abundance in all aspects of life.
My mission is to empower women to break free from the chains of generational curses, liberate themselves from self-limiting beliefs, and embrace abundance in all aspects of life. Together, we confront the pain and trauma of the past, fostering healing and growth. Whether you are facing the challenges of motherhood, health setbacks, or navigating womanhood, I am here to support you.
Child molestation leaves deep scars that can impact every facet of a person’s life, from relationships to self-love, motherhood, and even create unhealthy codependencies. I am committed to providing a safe space for women who have faced similar experiences, guiding them towards healing and empowering them to reclaim their lives.
