Ingredients
1/2 Pineapple – peeled, cored, and diced into chunks
1 Jicama, peeled and cut into small chunks
1 Cucumber, peeled and diced in small chunks
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1/2 Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1 Bunch of Cilantro, minced

Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Start by peeling the pineapple and removing its core. Dice the pineapple into small chunks and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Prep the Jicama and Cucumber: Peel the Jicama and cut it into small, bite-sized chunks. Likewise, peel the cucumber and dice it into small chunks as well. Add both the jicama and cucumber to the mixing bowl with the pineapple.
Drizzle with Lime Juice: Squeeze fresh lime juice over the diced fruits and vegetables in the mixing bowl. The lime juice will provide the perfect tangy flavor that complements the sweetness of the fruits.
